Big Boy’s Residence by CRL Designs: Before and After

An avid sneaker and art toy collector wanted his home transformed into a gallery for over a thousand items.

CRL Designs just completed their most memorable project yet. Big Boy Cheng, an avid sneaker and art toy collector, asked design principal Cai Lim-Regala and her team to transform his family home of ten years into a gallery for his ever expanding collection currently composed of over a thousand art pieces, shoes, and knickknacks. During the renovation, they unboxed and transferred numerous items to new display shelves.

“This not just out-of- the-box. This is totally upside down!” Lim-Regala shares. See the transformation of the different spaces in the pictures below.
