BAMBOOST: A Bamboo Forum On Upscaling Green Construction

On September 13, Base Bahay Foundation will boost the local industry through its first onsite talk: Bamboost featuring globally respected Bamboo Construction specialist, Jorg Stamm as part of their learning series that advocates the use of bamboo as sustainable building material.

Jorg Stamm, a visionary from Colombia, has spent the majority of his career working with bamboo and is renowned in his field for designing and constructing engineered bamboo structures. With extensive years of work experience and a number of published works, he became one of the most in-demand bamboo construction industry trainers. Today, he continues to develop structural concepts that incorporate a more modern aesthetic.

Key local and international figures from the bamboo construction industry, including Munir Vahanvati, Ray Villanueva, Christian Salandanan, and Luis Felipe Lopez, will also share their expertise in the forum.
