Real estate giant SMDC wins as the Best Developer at the 8th PropertyGuru Awards
SM Development Corporation (SMDC) brought home several awards at the 8th Property Guru Awards — a testament to its standards of excellence in real estate development. The awards ceremony was held virtually last November 25. SMDC will be representing the Philippines at the 2020 Asia Property Awards to be held virtually on December 5.
The 8th PropertyGuru Philippines Awards is spearheaded by the PropertyGuru Group, dubbed as “Southeast Asia’s pioneering and most trusted property technology company.” The company aims to address pain points when it comes to homeownership, and through Asia Property Awards (under which is the PropertyGuru Philippines Awards), it aims to recognize, reward, and celebrate the biggest achievers in real estate development in Asia. The event is a much-awaited date in the real estate industry calendar, with key business decision-makers and esteemed trade and consumer media in attendance.
Other awards were received by SMDC, with Sail Residences running away with Best Landscape and Best Condo Architectural Design awards under the design category. Fern at Grass Residences bagged the Best Lifestyle Development Award, while Park Residences was named Best Condo Development (Luzon) and Charm Residences took home the Best Mid-End Condo Development Award for Metro Manila. SMDC’s The Good Guys community program received a Special Recognition in CSR.
Several properties by the developer were Highly Commended in several development categories: S Residences (Best High-End Condo Development for Metro Manila); Leaf Residences (Best Mid-End Condo Development for Metro Manila; Bloom Residences, Field Residences and Vine Residences (Best Affordable Condo Development for Metro Manila); Green 2 Residences and Hope Residences (Best Condo Development for Luzon); Smile Residences and Style Residences (Best Condo Development for Visayas); S Residences and Sail Residences (Best Lifestyle Development).
The following properties were highly commended in the design category: S Residences (Best Condo Architectural Design, Best Condo Interior Design, and Best Landscape Architectural Design); Sail Residences and Shore 3 Residences (Best Condo Interior Design).
