Top Winners of the 9th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards Spark Inspiration
SMDC and San Miguel Corporation leaders thank peers and the panel for this year’s prestigious awards
Sponsored by Kohler and Boysen Paints, the 9th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards premiered a virtual gala on November 11 via AsianPropertyAwards.com and its partner channels, celebrating the winners’ top achievements this year.
Jules Kay, managing director of PropertyGuru Group was proud to present a special award for the Real Estate Personality of the Year to Mr, Ramon S. Ang, president of San Miguel Corporation, for his constant commitment in improving the livelihood of Filipinos and promoting sustainability and philanthropy through his work.
A heart-warming speech was given by the San Miguel Corporation president in acknowledgment of this award. “San Miguel Corp. may not be as aggressive as the other companies here but what we share with the other property developers in my sector is the desire to improve people’s lives and serve in society. This qualifies SM Development Corporation to compete for the BEST DEVELOPER in ASIA in the Grand Finals, which follows the opening of the virtual world of the 2021 PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit on December 8, 2021.
